These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GymNotes (the “App”), provided by Andy Aziri (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the app

  • You must use GymNotes lawfully and not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
  • You are responsible for the information and content you create in the App.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and securing your device.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or the service is misused.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in GymNotes. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate app functionality such as syncing, plans, and workout history.

4. Premium features

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation terms are shown in the App Store and managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.

5. Third-party services

GymNotes depends on third-party infrastructure providers (for example authentication/backend and subscription services). Your use of related services may also be subject to those providers’ terms and policies.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Health disclaimer

GymNotes is for informational and workout logging purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making health or training decisions.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of GymNotes.

10. Termination

You may stop using GymNotes at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as needed to protect the service or enforce these Terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
